COL(RET) Roger Williams,
Vice President/Membership Coordinator/Scholarship Committee Chairman
COL Williams served on active duty for 30 years as an Army Pharmacy Officer closing out his career as the MEDCOM Pharmacy Program Manager and Pharmacy Consultant to The Surgeon General. He retired in 1999 and took a position with the Department of Defense's Defense Health Agency, Pharmacy Operations Center working for a government contractor. After 20 years in this role as a pharmacist/data analyst, in support of the DoD Pharmacy Benefit, in 2019 he retired, retired.
COL Williams joined the SCA in 2004 and started his volunteer work within the association in 2014 when he accepted a request from the newly elected President, Linn Danielski, to serve as the Membership Coordinator, a position he still holds today. In 2019 he took on the additional role of Scholarship Committee Chairman and then in 2023 he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors as the SCA Vice President
